Consideration and Action of a 60-Day Extension of the Letter of Intent with Viridian Acquisitions LLC for the Redevelopment of the Former GM/JATCO Sites, Addresses 1000 General Motors Drive; 1200, 1212, and 1412 S. Jackson Street; 411 W. State Street; 530 and 544 Kellogg Avenue. (File Resolution No. 2026-2450)
c. Discussion and possible direction for the Administration to establish expanded provisions for data center development within the City of Janesville.
d. Review, discussion, and actions concerning the City Manager recruitment process, materials, and proposed compensation range.
